Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. This does not include production time for custom or handmade products. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.


International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times may vary based on international shipping destinations and customs processing times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received them.
  • In the original packaging with any tags attached.
  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Contact must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Please note that certain items, such as custom or personalized products, may be final sale and not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom Stickers
  • Custom Tsurikawas
  • Any other custom requests
  • Used products

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of all returned items.
  3. Ship your item back using a trackable method.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the steps above, and place a new order for the desired item. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the matter and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund. Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
